Had a great weekend with friends and family after bit of a rough ending to last week. Ready to hit the ground running this week at work and with my extra curricular activities online. I’ve totally neglected LouisvillePM as I’ve been frantically trying to get hallicious.com back up and running. Massive thanks to @nickhuhn for all of his late night help.
So with that being said, the site is decent enough for me to start seriously blogging on it for reals and put some attention back into LouisvillePM and my twitter account. I’ve got some lofty goals for 2009, and I’m realizing that there ain’t nothing to it, but to do it.
Speaking of lofty goals, I was talking with @mathiask this weekend about the possibility of funding an overseas development team. The thought sounds intriguing as I have more ideas swimming around in my head then I know what to do with… Plus we may or may not be trying to set something like that up at work, with enough approvals. (more to come on that)
The question of the hour is: does anyone have experience directing an overseas development team? What are the ups and downs?
