Brand Control

I’ve posted about the need to control before. I came across this super cool presentation on SlideShare today that is nothing short of simplicity on the other side of complexity with regards to the topic of brand control.

After going through the slides, what are your thoughts on controlling brand image, and the social web? Can a brand still do it by itself?

    I don’t think it could be put more simply. The brand’s image can be controlled or influenced by anyone or group willing to talk about it.
