I just discovered Makezine.com: Technology on Your Time today, a blog that had a Happy Labor Day post going over the history of Labor Day…
After reading about it, I figured that I should put a Happy Labor Day post up as well. This way, I could have a post up wishing everybody good times, while also sharing a cool new site I found on-line.
(New to me anyway… It’s actually quite popular according to Technorati/Twittorati)
So Happy Labor Day from me. And here is something that you may not have known from Chiff.com:
7.3 million = Number of workers who hold down more than one job. “Moonlighters” comprise 5 percent of the working population. Of these, 3.8 million work full time at their primary job and part time at their other job, and about 293,000 work full time at both jobs.
