		<description>I understand and probably should have defined how I was using the word. I&#039;m using the word cool in this post to describe having an open mind and being capable of change. Not necessarily anything to do with popularity. I usually use the word &quot;cool&quot; as an antonym to the word &quot;jerk.&quot; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Totally agree on being interesting to find interesting people, and that law of attraction inside and outside of company walls is what I really find interesting at the moment. :)</description>
