		<description>From my experience, tenacity comes from having a clear mission and honestly believing in it, or having an idea you feel is so great it doesn&#039;t matter what critiques come from others (as you know you can bat most of them down).  Tenacity cannot be faked -- you can act tenacious, but people can usually tell if the tenaciousness is backed up by a mission or powerful idea, or not.  I do realize that some individuals exhibit an always-tenacious persona, but unless they have the goods to continuously back it up, they might not realize that what they&#039;re doing more than anything is annoying people.</description>
