		<description>I just started reading the Innovator&#039;s Solution by Clayton Christensen and Michael Raynor, and Black Tar Heroin is like a textbook example of new market disruption. Targeting non-consumers and bringing them a product that they didn&#039;t realize that they needed or didn&#039;t have access to previously. Whoa!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I don&#039;t disagree that crime will look different in the future. It would be great if law enforcement did as well... :)</description>
