About
Hello my name is Chris Hall, and I am passionate about the Internet, technology, health and behavior. At HealthCentral, I led the development of a mobile mood tracking service and co-authored a paper published in the Journal of Participatory Medicine. In Humana’s Innovation Center, I co-designed three web applications used to visualize health data from the Twitter, Google and Amazon APIs. In my spare time, I designed and financed the creation of an iPhone application, called Little Dialers, that teaches small children an emergency telephone number. I also built and sold a community of project managers, called LouisvillePM.
I received a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy, an MBA from Touro University International, and have been a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in good standing since 2006. I served as an Acquisition Officer in the United States Air Force for seven years, where I fell in love with software development and large information systems. I am also an Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran.
HALLICIOUS WAS HERE
The map below is a representation of my professional career, because I have a soft spot in my heart for both maps and information visualization. Although I completely ripped off the idea from Ed Hamilton, I have personally found that the more places I live, the better I am able to understand the world around me.
